Recently, I was at a Code and Coffee with some gentlemen talking about many different things, and then the topics of blogs came up. I told of my previous blogging attempt, and of my time when I realized back in December that I didn’t have the time or the ability to blog on a regular basis (at least about the things that I was blogging about).
Considering I had just gotten very serious about becoming a software developer, one of the guys brought up the idea of starting a blog about my journey and all the good and bad that came with it. That way, if there are any other people looking to become a programmer, they can read up on my experience and see what to expect and find some good resources to get going. I loved the idea, so here it is.
From now on, I’ll be blogging about my experiences that I’ve already had, and then continue on whenever there’s a big update (which happens quite often). I’ll be leaving many references and direct links whenever applicable, so any newbie can jump right in and get to the juicy parts to learn from my mistakes and have a repository for the good resources that I happen to find.
If you know anyone that could benefit from that information, pass this along. I’ll be looking to update once a week.
Thanks for reading!
